GENIVAR's Code of Conduct ("Code") reflects the commitment made by GENIVAR to abide by ethical principles in its business dealings with clients, suppliers, shareholders and employees. Among other things, the Code aims to provide guidance for the actions and decisions of the Company's directors, officers, and employees with respect to their corporate obligations as well as their business relationships.
