Dividends

GENIVAR foresees to pay a quarterly dividend of $0.375 ($1.50 per annum) per GENIVAR Share. The first quarterly dividend is anticipated to be declared in respect of the quarter ended March 31, 2011 and paid on or about April 15, 2011. Any decisions to pay dividends on GENIVAR Shares will be made by the board of directors of GENIVAR based on, among other things, GENIVAR's earnings, financial requirements for GENIVAR's operations, the satisfaction of applicable solvency tests for the declaration and payment of dividends and other conditions existing from time to time.

As such, the board of directors of GENIVAR will have the entire discretion to modify the dividend policy from time to time.
