Montreal, October 20, 2006 – GENIVAR Income Fund (TSX: GNV.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.0833 per Fund unit covering the period from October 1 to October 31, 2006, will be paid on November 15, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2006.
