Montreal, November 21, 2006 – GENIVAR Income Fund (TSX: GNV.UN) announced today that its monthly cash distribution of $0.0833 per Fund unit covering the period from November 1 to November 30, 2006, will be paid on December 15, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2006.
