Montreal, June 21, 2006 – GENIVAR Income Fund (TSX: GNV.UN) announced today that its first cash distribution $0.1022 per Fund unit covering the period from May25,2006 to June30,2006, will be paid on July17, 2006 to unitholders of record at the close of business on June30,2006. This represents a monthly cash distribution of $0.0833 per Fund unit.
