GENIVAR's Organizational Development and Training sector was entrusted with a technical support project in Gabon. Further to this, the country's northern sanitary region will benefit from a diagnosis of its health system, more strategic health management and the development and implementation of computerized management systems, a strengthening of the Regional Health Directorate, start-up support for the new regional hospital in Oyem as well as support to the Sanitation and Public Hygiene base and the Primary Health Care Department. The project reach $4.7 million.
