The structure is a 10,000-seat multi-purpose recreational complex/stadium, home of the Ottawa Lynx Triple ‘A' baseball team. The facility includes the large, open, but weatherprotected concourses, fast food outlets and a fully serviced restaurant overlooking the playing field. There are dressing rooms and shower areas, and the stadium is topped off by heated and air conditioned boxes. Nominal winter heat is provided by means of ceiling integrated electric radiant heat. Also included is a complete stadium/ field lighting and sound system to League standards.
