For over 25 years, GENIVAR has been involved in large-scale hydroelectric and hydraulic projects featuring a variety of goals, ranging from carrying out impact studies on behalf of Hydro Quebec to turnkey construction of hydroelectric facilities and hydrometric studies.
 
Our engineers have gained distinction by developing innovative designs in various fields, particularly environmental hydraulics, including the design of spawning grounds and wildlife habitats, fine screens, fish migration systems, fish passes, effluent dispersion plume studies and riverbank protection.
