Since 2008, GENIVAR has developed expertise in terms of restoring human-damaged sites, for example, following real estate developments. These sites are usually located in blighted areas serving as buffer zones for fragile natural environments, such as rivers.

The work of our specialized green space planning team consists of enhancing the value of damaged sites by designing and establishing tree/shrub plantations aimed at increasing the site’s environmental value and conserving/sustaining the site.

Our team also provides post-project monitoring services and takes any required corrective action. As needed, we undertake negotiations with various government departments and sector stakeholders.
