  • Designed a gold processing plant located on a site already in operation aimed at reducing project costs by using available services and equipment.
  • GENIVAR’s technical staff was selected based on their ability to integrate within the team responsible for supervising the work with the client.

Agnico-Eagle commissioned GENIVAR to evaluate two potential sites for a new gold processing plant. GENIVAR reviewed the process diagram, material balance, equipment dimensions evaluation and general arrangements. The potential sites were located inside the current plant at the LaRonde mine, 14 km from the Lapa project or near the Lapa mine, on a new site. ​
