The new engineering building is a $75.0 M facility that was delivered within a tight time frame to address the double cohort influx of students.  The building utilized multiple tender packages to accelerate the schedule and was delivered for the fall academic term in accordance with the funding authorities requirements.  The facility consolidates 4 major engineering faculties and includes extensive labs, lecture theatres, classrooms and academic support spaces.  The building features multiple green components including a green roof.
