GENIVAR was commissioned to plan, oversee, coordinate and determine the work schedule, in addition to preparing and analyzing proposals, making recommendations to the owner, planning and coordinating all of the construction lots and monitoring and validating the budgetary oversight process. In addition, GENIVAR was commissioned to provide project management services using a specific approach. In connection with this contract, GENIVAR’s mandate largely involved organization; verification; coordination; construction, administrative and financial management; and implementation.
